Really good food and service. Definitely recommend this place. 7 of us and all pleased with food. Gluten free pizza for my wife a big plus.

A-OK. The service was friendly but somewhat inattentive, given we were only a few people in the restaurant at the time. Something was wrong with the grill, which is apparently why it took so long. That's ok, stuff happens, and we weren't in a hurry--but our drinks were left alone for a while.
It's not a bad place to watch a game or whatever, because they've got a lot of TVs. The food was pretty good and I felt like the burger I got was huge--especially for the price; it was dirt cheap, particularly compared to Chicago prices. Thy have free WiFi, though I couldn't get it to work on this particular day.
If I am in the area again (not terribly likely, since I think in a dozen years in Illinois that's the first time I've been to the town), I wouldn't have a problem going here again. -

I've been here several times and the food is always excellent. I ordered the baked perch dinner. Perfectly baked and very tasty with a very generous portion of everything for the price. Service was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone.

Great new spot in Harvard! We visited Harvard last weekend and visited Bunk's. Previously a sports bar, the new ownership has done a very nice job transitioning this restaurant. The atmosphere is bright with a much less bar vibe than it was before. There is open seating in the main restaurant if you want to have a family lunch or dinner and additional space for large or private parties in the side dining area. There are still several TV's and full bar which are great for grabbing food and watching any sports event. One of the few places in this area that does not have that small town "diner" feel.
There are several food options and the sauces are made fresh in-house as well as house made soups. My personal favorite was the spinach tomato crostini. (We ate or stopped by to watch football all 3 days we were in town and I think I had the crostini everyday!) Both owners are extremely friendly and the staff was very personable.
This was a refreshing addition to Harvard. I would highly recommend giving this new spot a visit. I hope to be back in this area in December and will definitely be back to Bunk's! -

I just came home from a 14 hour road trip and did not want to cook anything. I decided to try out Bunk's for the first time and thank god they deliver because I never wanna get back into my car again. I ordered pizza, fettuccini, and a buffalo sandwich. I fell asleep and woke up to some really delicious food! Everything was so tasty and nicely cooked. No complaints from my family. I would definitely order again. :)
